Mental health status (psychological distress)

This indicator shows the percentage of people who experienced high or very high levels of psychological distress using the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10).

This measures a person’s experience of symptoms such as anxiety, confused emotions, depression or rage in the past four weeks. People who receive a score of 12 or more have a high probability of having an anxiety or depressive disorder.
